How to use it:

A therapist will be using a muslin cloth which is packed with a combination of different herbs, rolled up and steamed until piping hot. Then, using the cloth with the combination of herbs, a therapist will be pressing or pounding the cloth directly on your skin. The area treated will depend on the type of massage booked, for instance, if you ordered a full body massage, full body will be treated but if you booked neck and shoulders, then expect a therapist to focus on these areas only.

NOTE: Once your treatment has finished, we will hand you the used compresses, the compresses can be kept cool in the fridge and used in your own home for warmth and pain relief. After about 3-4 days the compresses should be thrown away.
